The ES153 Fuel Metering Unit (FMU) Tester provides the complete functionality and user interface needed for testing the serviceability of the Hamilton Sundstrand FMU, as used on the PW 901 APU engine. The hardware of the unit provides the necessary signaling interfaces to read the RVDT position sensors drive the stepper motor and energize both the primary and secondary solenoids. The front panel of the unit provides the user interface to all input and output signals that will enable this functionality. When used in conjunction with the OEM test procedures, the unit will permit the testing of the FMU for serviceability. The ES153 FMU tester equipment includes the self-enclosed kit, external interface cable, and AC cable.

The ES154 Diverter Valve Control (DVC) tester provides the complete functionality and user interface needed for testing the serviceability of the Hamilton Sundstrand DVC, as used on the PW 901 APU engine. The front panel of the unit provides the user interface to all input and output signals that will enable this functionality. When used in conjunction with the OEM test procedures, the unit will permit the testing of the DVC for serviceability. The ES154 DVC test equipment includes the self-enclosed kit, external interface cable, and AC cable.
